2015 Bighorn Fifth Wheel by Heartland RV

This Bighorn fifth wheel is built for buyers who want true residential space, extended-stay capability, and premium construction—all in a layout that’s comfortable to live in, not just walk through. With a front living room, rear king bedroom, and five slide-outs, this coach delivers a wide-open interior that feels more like a condo than an RV.

Front Living Room

The front living area is designed as a dedicated gathering space. Dual opposing slide-outs position sofas across from each other, creating a natural conversation and entertainment zone. A large front entertainment center anchors the room, making it ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a long travel day. Additional seating provides flexibility without crowding the space.

Kitchen & Dining

On the main level, the kitchen is laid out for real use. A residential-style appliance arrangement, solid counter space, and extensive cabinetry make meal prep practical for longer stays. A floor-to-ceiling pantry adds true storage capacity, while the dinette provides a comfortable spot for meals or morning coffee without intruding on the cooking area.

Bathroom

The side-aisle bathroom includes a shower with seat, toilet, and vanity with storage and mirror. Its placement allows easy access from both the living area and the bedroom, keeping traffic flowing without cutting through private spaces.

Rear Bedroom

The rear master bedroom serves as a true retreat. A king bed in a slide-out opens the room for walk-around access, while a large opposing wardrobe slide provides extensive clothing and storage space. The bedroom also includes washer and dryer installed, making this coach especially well-suited for long trips or full-time use.

Power & Extended-Stay Capability

A major highlight of this unit is the Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 LP onboard generator, permanently installed and housed in an exterior compartment. This allows you to operate key systems without shore power—ideal for travel days, overnight stops, or off-grid camping. Combined with the coach’s large storage capacity and residential systems, this Bighorn is built for independence.

Construction & Storage

Built with high-gloss fiberglass sidewalls, a painted aerodynamic front cap, and a walkable roof, the Bighorn emphasizes durability as much as comfort. Pass-through and exterior storage areas are expansive, offering room for tools, chairs, and extended-stay gear. The enclosed and heated underbelly supports cooler-weather travel and protects vital systems.

Bighorn 3750FL Reviews

  • Awful experience

    2016 Bighorn 3750FL

    What I liked most: NOTHING!

What I'd improve: EVERYTHING! Poor construction as it is very cold and drafty. All of the faucets leaked. Recliner quit working, wood is cracking, and carpet is fraying. Customer service has been very poor. Heartland has an OH WELL attitude. DON'T BUY THIS.

  • Well designed and roomy.

    2016 Bighorn 3750FL

Review Photo What I liked most: The bedroom is very spacious feeling, this is probably because the bedroom alone has 2 slides. The shower has good height and a very cool designed 3 panel door. The elevated living room area feels like it's own separate room. Glass cabinets throughout look great as well.

What I'd improve: Add nightstands to the bedroom.
