If not pictured, all rentals will come with a TV. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is refundable if the unit is clean, and undamaged. No refunds will be given on the return date. The normal refund is 3-4 weeks NO EXCEPTIONS. If the unit is damaged the Security Deposit will be held until the damage is assessed. Smokers and pets = total loss of deposit! Any damage to the awning is completely the responsibility of the renter.

In addition to the nightly rate there will be a $225 cleaning/prep fee applied to every rental. A minimum cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted from the deposit if the rental requires more than 2.5 hours of cleaning when picked up.

We deliver! We can deliver and set up your rental at almost any location for an additional fee. Delivery charges are based on total mileage with the exception of a few major events. Common destinations include Country Concert, Eldora Speedway, Quarter Horse Congress, County & State Fairs, Miami University, Campgrounds, and much more!

Linens and kitchenware are not included in your price but are available for a fee. We also have generators available for rent.

A full refund of your deposit (less $100 Processing Fee) will be given if cancelled 30 days prior to Rental Date. NO REFUND of deposit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to Rental Date.

All rentals are subject to terms and conditions of the Rental Contract. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant. We reserve the right to make substitutions to the vehicle rented. Substitutions are made only when absolutely necessary. Advanced notification is given whenever possible. In the event a vehicle of the same or higher value cannot be provided and we cannot fulfill your reservation, we will refund all monies received from you to date. If we can meet your needs with a smaller less expensive model, we will offer that at the current rate for that model.
