This model is great for a medium sized family. There is a rear kitchen that is great for prepping meals, enjoying them together, and then cleaning up afterward. What I liked most: The corner kitchen area feels like a good setup. Ceiling surround sound speakers are nice. Pocket door for the bedroom vs drapes. Bathroom has lots of storage.
