2013 Columbus F340RK
What I liked most: The rear kitchen is fabulous, so much room and cabinet space with the large refrigerator, has been on 3 lengthy trips across county and has done very well had all the slides checked out and gas fittings and tightened all the screws and other little things that owners should when they get a new coach. I made myself reassured by doing this as I have owned several units from trailers to 5th wheels. I love this coach it has been great, also my was a prototype for 2013 rear kitchen so it had all the options that were offered at the time. Owned for about 3 years.
What I'd improve: I love it the only thing would be that I would improve the customer service end9 years ago | Janice W. from Kansas City, MO -

What I liked most: Love the way it's laid out. Like the cherry finish on the cabinets. Like the floor. Nice bathroom and bedroom too. Great closets and lots of storage.
What I'd improve: Quality of craftsmanship. We have only used our 5th wheel 3 times and it is starting to be a disappointment. It had a cracked window, leaky shower, dings in the woodwork, large slide makes a horrific crack when bringing in and is marking the floor. Back-up camera was not installed properly, the correct tv equipment is missing still. Styrofoam was in the ceiling vents. The list goes on. We are deciding whether to just take it back. We spent $72,000 plus on this and are not happy campers. This should have10 years ago | Barbara H. from Tacoma, WA
