Used 2017 Heartland Oakmont 304RL Fifth Wheel

This Heartland Oakmont fifth wheel with its rear living layout and triple slides allows you to easily gather with family and friends while you camp!

Step inside model 304RL and notice the wide open living space to the left of the door. There is a slide out three burner range, a large counter area, plus a residential refrigerator for your perishables.  The island counter offers even more space, plus a double sink which allows you to face some of the seating areas and take part in the conversation even when you are doing the dishes and preparing food.

The slide opposite the curbside features a dining table with four chairs, and two recliners.  Adjacent, along the rear wall enjoy a comfortable sofa with end tables.  An entertainment area along the interior wall features an LED TV for enjoyment.

Head up the steps to the right of the entry door and notice the complete bath at the top on your left.  There is a shower with seat, a linen cabinet, plus toilet and vanity with sink.  You will also find an overhead cabinet above the sink for your personal items.

At the head of the hall there is a door to the front private bedroom.  Here you will enjoy a little time away from the hustle and bustle of the main living area.  The queen bed slides out and features storage overhead, plus there is a full front wall wardrobe for your clothes.  One side of the wardrobe/closet has been prepped with a washer and dryer so you can arrive back home with all of your laundry done!  You will also find a dresser along the curbside wall for added storage space, plus so much more!
