Step inside model 3950 FB and notice the half bath straight in through the door. There is a toilet, a corner vanity with sink, and storage. There is also a second pantry to the right of the door as you head up to the front master bedroom and en suite bath. 

The bedroom features a king bed slide out with a dresser opposite the bed along the curb side wall. There are two sets of sliding doors to close off the space for privacy at night.

The master bathroom features a large shower with a seat, a toilet, and a vanity with dual sinks. You will also find a full wall closet for your hanging clothes along the front, and a place prepped for a washer and dryer is available in a second wardrobe if you choose to add the appliances.

Back to the main entry turn left and find a wide open combined kitchen and living area to enjoy. There is a slide out dining table with four chairs, and optional theater seating for two. Along the rear wall there is a sofa with storage overhead and two end tables for your things. An entertainment center can be found nearby adjacent to the sofa, and opposite the theater seating slide out.

In the kitchen area you can easily prepare and cook your family's favorite foods. Enjoy the refrigerator space with double doors, a three burner range along with overhead storage, and more. The convenient island features a double sink making cleaning up a breeze, and there is also plenty of prep space with the added counter on both sides, plus so much more!

*NOTE: As is - Although dry now, our inspection did show that this unit did have water intrusion in the pass through storage compartment at some point. There is also a small tear in the awning fabric as well. As a result it is being sold as is.
