Used 2016 Shasta RVs Phoenix 31BH Fifth Wheel

This Shasta Phoenix bunkhouse fifth wheel offers a spacious way to travel thanks to triple slides, a set of oversized bunks, a kitchen island, an outside kitchen, and more!

As you enter model 31BH you will notice a spacious living area to your left featuring dual opposing slides.  There is a three burner range with overhead microwave oven, and refrigerator slide out.  A pantry just off the slide provides ample food storage space.  A convenient kitchen island is a great place for food prep and it also features a large single bowl sink.

Opposite the door side there is a second slide out that features a free standing dinette and sofa that easily makes into a bed when needed for overnight guests.  An entertainment center in the opposite corner of the room features an optional fireplace. 

Along the rear wall there is a set of oversized bunks each featuring a 48" x 74" mattress.  There is also a wardrobe for clothing storage as well.

To the right of the entry door head up the steps and find a side aisle bath on your left, and a front master bedroom at the head of the hall.  The bathroom offers a corner shower, toilet, sink, and linen cabinet.  There is also a second sliding door in the bath for direct access into the front master bedroom.

You will easily be able to get a great nights rest in this Shasta Phoenix master bedroom.  Here a queen bed slides out providing more foot traffic space to move around.  There is a dresser along the curb side wall opposite the foot of the bed, and includes a hamper as well.  The front full wall features a wardrobe and closet with washer/dryer prep, plus plenty of room for all of your clothing storage needs and more.

Another feature that the chef in the family will enjoy is cooking while at the outdoor kitchen which is great for outdoor dining, or when you want to enjoy a fun family barbecue!
