Randy and Tim helped us out. We needed some new batteries on our trip from Indianapolis to Bend, OR. Not only did they get us the batteries, when we needed a new connection made they drove us down to the local Napa and got us back. Also stayed open an hour past closing to make sure we were good. - Dan

Great family rv
2017 Cherokee 274DBH
What I liked most: Dark colors Plenty of room with the slide out Big bunk beds for kids Comfy chairs
What I'd improve: Keyless entry Better locks on outside storage compartments Move outside shower so it's not right beside the power cord (closer to slide)9 years ago | DJ B. from Saskatoon, SK -
Not to happy.
2016 Cherokee 274DBH
What I liked most: With the exception of first picking out this unit it has not been a very enjoyable experience. From dealing with salesperson to taking delivery.
What I'd improve: well after our third trip out support for bed conversion from the dinnette table broke. It seems that some brainiac felt that attaching the support to the thin luan used to enclose the dinette drawers with a drywall screw would be ok. Obviously no formal engineering training took place. Well it's a good thing that I am retired and pretty handy so I can fix these things myself rather than dragging it all the way to All American Coach in Toledo where I purchased it.10 years ago | Daniel F. from Warren, MI -
Upscale Family Appeal
2016 Cherokee 274DBH
What I liked most: Dark cabinetry with Stone faced accents combined with the wood look floor looks sharp. Very large and deep pantry with normal hinged door. Domed skylight in kitchen/living area adds a lot of natural light.
What I'd improve: Only one reading light in master bedroom. Not sure of the blue accent light above falsified on the inside. TV doesn't turn around to be view-able from master bedroom. Not much storage for a bunkhouse.11 years ago | Kevin W. from Midland, MI
