Outdoors RV offers the Black Stone 240RKSB travel trailer with triple slides and a rear kitchen.
As you enter at the rear of this travel trailer, the kitchen runs along the full rear wall. It starts with a wardrobe in the corner, continuing with a refrigerator, three burner range, corner counters and overhead cabinets and a double kitchen sink. There is a skylight in the kitchen area, providing lots of beautiful natural light.
Continuing around, a slide out has a free standing dinette with four chairs and overhead cabinets. If you would like, you may choose an optional u-shaped family dinette with overhead cabinets for the slide out.
An opposite slide with a sleeper sofa and more overhead cabinets really opens up the interior floor space. Or in place of the sofa you may choose to have opitonal lounge recliners. The front wall, next to the sofa, includes an entertainment center and fireplace along with a 42" TV.
A side aisle bathroom includes a corner shower, wardrobe, vanity sink, medicine cabinet and toilet. There is also private entry to the bedroom.
The front bedroom includes a queen bed, wardrobes at each side of the bed, overhead cabinets, a headboard shelf, a ceiling mounted TV and a private entry/exit door. Along one wall of the room there is a slide with a wardrobe which offers extra storage.
Outside, there is lots of exterior storage and an awning.

Nice trailer but many problems

What I liked most: We bought a new 240RKSB model, love the floor plan, the features are very nice, i just wish it was made better. After one use we found several problems that should have been caught at the plant when it was made. I feel their quality control is very lacking. Had i known before i bought this i would have not made the purchase. It has been in the shop for at least six weeks to get repaired and we still don't have it back, dealer says they are waiting on parts. Thats bunk, you can order parts and have them sent UPS Red overnight to get something fixed, we do it all the time at work when a machine is down and needs a vital part.
What I'd improve: Quality control!! It was let out with a broken cabinet door over the dinette, drawer under the bed won't close properly, shower door seals come off when you open the door, no charging station as stated in the brochure, tv in the bedroom doesn't work properly, and a few other things that are lacking. We have lost six weeks of camping this summer with it and the dealer still doesn't have it completely fixed. Very disappointed!!! :(10 years ago | Gary L. from Ridgefield, WA
