The largest of the single axle Summerland Mini's by Keystone RV is this 1800BH model. Inside this trailer find a set of bunks, a rear bath area, and queen size bed, plus more.
Step inside model 1800BH and notice the front queen bed with full front overhead storage, and a closet at the foot of the bed as the bed is turned width wise with the head of the bed along the road side wall. You will find plenty of storage beneath the queen bed as well.
Straight in from the door is a booth dinette that you can enjoy having your meals at, plus it can also be quickly made into additional sleeping space at night. This too has overhead storage.
The kitchen area is to the left of the entry door and features counter space, overhead cabinets, an overhead microwave oven, a two burner cook-top, and food storage pantry.
In the rear of this single axle unit find a set of bunks that the kids will certainly love, and a corner bath with tub/shower and toilet, plus so much more!
Excellent service and kid environment! Christine was exceptionally great! I recommend these folks if you're looking to buy an RV!!!! - Jason

Just right for our family and I have no regrets
2016 Summerland Mini 1800BH
What I liked most: We looked for a long time trying to find the smallest travel trailer that had: 1) separate tub and toilet; 2) bunk beds; 3) permanent queen size bed; 4) smaller 8,000 btu A/C. We finally found it with the 1800bh. The layout is a great use of space. My wife and I never liked the thought of sitting on the toilet while taking a shower. Also, we have a 3 and 5 year old that still takes baths, so we needed the small tub. The bunk beds were also perfect. We can just wrap a sheet around the mattress, through a sleeping bag on top and BAM! it looks like a made-up bed. The fixed bed is also great. It is always a bed, not a couch between certain hours. Finally the smaller A/C.... Many may wonder why we like it. Well, it is an 18 ft travel trailer and a 13,500 btu seems like overkill. We have been at the lake on humid 97 degree days and the 8,000 btu A/C has kept it at 73 degrees during the day and very cold at night. We have yet to use the coldest setting. Also, I have a Yamaha 2400ishc inverter generator and it will run the entire travel trailer. When the A/C compressor kicks in, it doesn't even increase the engine speed on the generator. I ran the travel trailer one summer day with low 90 temps for 7 hours on 1.5 gallons of gas. The only time it struggled was when I used the microwave at the same time as the A/C. I was hitting the max output at that point.
What I'd improve: The only improvements I would make are trivial. 1) I would like a remote start water heater. Had too many wet shirts trying to get it lit in the rain. 2) It takes too much effort to pull out the awning. I would prefer a crank. I'm concerned I'm going to pull it out by the screws. No, seriously. I have to pull that hard.8 years ago | S. J. from Madison, AL -

What I liked most: We are really liking this camper. We searched for this size camper for along time before deciding on the Summerland model, it's a quality made unit unlike the many others we seen. It's big enough for our family of 4. We have 12 and 4 year old daughters and they have more than enough room in the bunks. The Queen size bed is perfect size for my wife and I. You do have to be creative as far as easy accessible storage goes but you do have storage under the main bed and the seats at the table for those bulky items you don't need every other hour. 27 gallon tanks can fill up pretty quickly but that comes with the territory of a smaller camper. If your looking for a smaller camper this one will not dissapoint. We haul ours with a 1/2 ton truck and also a chevrolet equinox. As I write this post I'm drinking my coffee looking out over the lake, the fish are jumping, and the neighbors bacon is smelling wonderful.
What I'd improve: Mattresses are thin but solved that issue with eggcrating from wallyworld.10 years ago | Eric C. from Murfreesboro, AR
