Enter the glass patio door centrally located and see a breakfast bar with two optional stools to your left. The kitchen follows the counter area below which features a large sink, counter space, and overhead cabinets including storage for dishes and things. There is also a three burner range with microwave overhead, and a residential refrigerator to keep things nice and fresh.

Opposite the kitchen area find a pantry for more food storage needs, and a slide out dinette and 70" sofa for ample seating and dining for the whole family. A nearby entertainment center has a space to add a flat screen TV if you like.

Head toward the front master bedroom through the bathroom which features an angled shower and toilet with linen storage above on your left. There is a sink with overhead medicine cabinet and closet with shelf on your right. You can also add a washer and dryer for more convenience since the closet has been prepped for units.

Pass through the second sliding door to reach the front master bedroom with slide out queen size bed. There are two nightstands, and an overhead cabinet above the bed, plus a wardrobe w/drawers opposite. You will also enjoy the corner entertainment center where you can add a TV, and the counter top space with soffit lighting along the front. This master bedroom also features its own outside entry door.

Back at the rear of this model 40TBS you will find a space that the kids will love to claim. It is a private bunkhouse with its own half bath including a toilet, linen storage, and sink with medicine cabinet. Sleeping will be comfortable on the COA Cube futon slide with flip up bunk above. There is also an entertainment center with wardrobe storage next to the 1/2 bath, plus so much more!

There is an easy store door on the outside of this units bunkroom, plus you can choose to add a free standing dinette option as well.
