I was having trouble with my BMPRO and we called Burton campers and shared what was going on then we were transferred to Easton. He understood our problem and was extremely helpful in helping me resolve our issues. Great customer service and support. What I liked most: I love this model. This is the perfect design and space usage for my wife and I. Form Function and ease of access is awesome in this model. I especially like the bathroom access door out of the trailer. If you're dirty you don't have to walk through the trailer to clean up.
