- Check water system on city water
- Check refrigerator, air(s), oven, furnace and water heater
- New bedroom A/C w/manufacturer warranty installed by ACS

We do NOT warrant any electronics, lighting, shades, microwave, vacuum cleaner, fireplace, TVs, leveling jacks, etc. to operate.

• We did operate the TV, fireplace, and microwave, but will not be providing warranty on them.
  
• We do know some window treatments do not function and we know the driver side rear jack has a leak.
  
• No other conditions/issues are implied as to function and are “AS IS.”
  
• The only items we will warranty are the refrigerator, air(s), oven, furnace, and water heater. These 5 appliances will be operational at the time of purchase but no other further warranty is provided.
• We will also have the city water system useable as well as
  
• MOST interior lights.
  
• This unit has thermal windows but they will begin to “fog up” over time.
  
• The tires DO show dry cracking and should be changed if any traveling is involved.
