Inside the living room there is a lounge chair, front entertainment center, sofa, and end table.
The kitchen has a large counter space and two bar stools, a double kitchen sink, four burner range, refrigerator, free standing table and a hutch.
In the bathroom you will find a toilet, linen cabinet, tub with shower, and sink.
The rear bedroom offers a Serta bed, two wardrobes, and a set of drawers.
Upstairs you will enjoy all of the space that the loft has to offer.
**This park model is set up on seasonal site 27 in our Oak Hill campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. The price includes the park model, deck & 2 sheds, The seasonal site rent for this site is $4,000.00 plus electric. The rent includes a boat slip. Excellent experience. We arrived and Cory was waiting for us in the parking lot. He had the Alpha already set up for us to look at but was also willing to show us anything else we wanted to see. He was laid back and friendly and not pushy in any way. Everyone was super friendly. The store was cute and cozy and had a real nice family feel.
