What I liked most: My husband and I had a 27’ RV while raising 3 kids, then we were ready to downsize with some easier to haul and maneuver. We found the Freedom Express 19’ and love it. Main pros- walk around bed, openness around the kitchen and sofa area, the table is like another counter area when preparing meals, large pantry area, bathroom is located at the end and out of the way, large storage under the bed, large exterior storage open on both sides, outdoor grill, large awning. We love this camper! Our additions- * a shelf to double one area of the pantry and added a 3 storage drawer unit in another area. *an over the door hooks in the bathroom for clothes * thicker mattress *a swing bar on a hinge, under the bed so we can open it and keep it open as needed *canvas shoe storage hanging under bedside *wasp proof screening around open vents *added a 2” strip of fabric to shower curtain (I didn’t feel it was long enough) *we use a TV tray in the shower area as additional counter top when getting ready in the bathroom, then we store it behind the toilet.
What I'd improve: Cons- overhead lighting is very bright ( we bought a small table lamp), mattress is fair (we replaced with a new, thicker one), bedspread was replaced with our old RV’s spread that had the contoured, fitted corners.8 years ago | Carol S. from , -

What I liked most: We found that there is plenty of storage and roominess for two of us or even a grandchild! Very open and comfortable.

What I liked most: All the amenities in a open simple space. Great for weekend camping for a small family for a couple.
