Camping World verses Keystone
2018 Cougar 333MKS
What I liked most: love the 5th wheel, (333MKS) BUT our kitchen slide wobbles badly putting it out and in. Keystone says it's the frame companys fault and the frame people now says its keystone's problem. this has been going on now since the summer started. We had to cancel two trips because of the problem plus several trips up to camping world. ( 30 miles one way) now the frame people say nothing is wrong with the kitchen slide. Apparently the customer does not matter to Keystone, as we have had to go through this now for 4 or 5 months. be careful about buying Keystone! Before this one had a 279 RKS and it had a roof leak at the front over the bed, that was a mess to deal with also. Come to find out the factory did not put anything for the bolts to attach to. Camping world had to fix it only after fighting with us and Camping World. i also found out others they sold had the same problem.
What I'd improve: Their customer service needs improving, we the customer should NOT have to go through all this hassel! Build a better product and better Quality Control inspectors at their factories, you think ????9 years ago | Betsy H. from Marysville, WA
