What Our Customers Are Saying

I will not shop anywhere else for our next camper!

We purchased a camper from a private party and were looking to get setup for the 4th of July. The service department was able to take time and go over the ins and out of my new to me camper and also install a solar charging system. I can’t Express how grateful I am and when it comes time… I will not shop anywhere else for our next camper!!! - Thomas

Cougar 327RES Reviews

  • Great Floorpan

    2017 Cougar 327RES

What I liked most: We bought a 2017 327res and love the floor plan. The kitchen is great and the bathroom is excellent. It is easy to tow. We have the usual problems with screws falling out and trim needed to be put back up. I put them back using finish screws. That eliminates the problem. I get a message that the "trailer not connected". GM has a service bulletin and I followed their recommendations for the camper. It eliminated the problem 90% of the time. Keystone did not have an answer. They were polite.

What I'd improve: I would use finish screws instead of brads for the nail gun. I would run the wiring in conduit (with a pull tape). This would cost more, but in the long run it would be a better camper.
