As you enter the front of this park model through the sliding glass door, you will fine a loveseat and recliner chair. There is an entertainment center with a TV and electric fireplace. There is a table with 4 chairs and a hutch on one side and a the kitchen with a double kitchen sink, residential refrigerator, 4-burner range and microwave on the other side. As you make your way to the middle of the park model, you will find the residential bath with toilet, linen closet, tub w/shower and vanity sink. In the rear of the park model is a step down queen bedroom with closets, chest of drawers and TV shelf. There is 2 lofts above the bedroom, bath and kitchen. This park model has ducted AC and furnace, side entry door and much more.

*This park model comes with a deck, patio furniture, grill and hammock. The yearly rent for this site is paid for until February 2026.
