Used 2010 Heartland Sundance 3100ES Fifth Wheel
ROUGH TRADE ALLERT! This 2010 Heartland Sundance has had some leaks in its past. There is a soft spot in the floor in the corner against the wall in the kitchen. Out of walking path but it is there. Will need a new couch. We have tested the heat, AC, lights, fridge, stove, water heater and slides. Everything worked great. But cosmetically it is rough. This unit is being sold for CASH as is! Would be a great camper for full time living or for someone to remodel. First person to come with $4,900 cash gets it.
