This park model is set up on a seasonal site right next to the beach! If you are looking for a park model with great views of the lake, look no further!  As you enter the park model through the patio door, you will find a front living room with a loveseat and futon couch. There is a flat screen TV hanging up in the corner above the loveseat. In the middle of the park model is a square dinette table w/chairs by a bay window to look out at the lake, the kitchen area has a refrigerator, 4 burner range (that needs repairs or be replaced), microwave and double kitchen sink and the side aisle bath has a linen cabinet, sink, toilet & tub/shower. Across from the bathroom is the furnace cabinet and a second entry door. The back has a master bedroom w/a queen bed, large wardrobe & chest of drawers, There is a stairway to the loft above the master bedroom, bath & kitchen area. This park model has AC.

*This park model is set up on site #9 in our Main Campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. This park model comes with a deck, storage container and 8'x12' shed. The yearly rent for this site is paid for until May 2026. The seasonal site rent is $3,450.00 plus electric.
