Let this Lee Baycrest park model be your second home! This park model/house features three additions, three bedrooms, a dishwasher and a washer & dryer! A covered porch welcomes you as you arrive to your new camping adventure. When you walk inside you will find a spacious entryway/living room with a closet and counter with cabinets and drawers. Go up a few steps and you will find the first bedroom with a closet, end tables and built in shelves. The bathroom with a corner shower, toilet and vanity is nestled between the bedroom and kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a large double door refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer, a microwave, range and dishwasher. No more having to hand wash those pesky dishes which will allow more time to have fun! There is also a large center island with storage. The dining room area has some built in shelving and cabinets. Next you will find the utility room. There is a water softener, water heater, washer, dryer and a deep sink. Just off of the utility room is a pantry/closet. The second bedroom is located next to the utility room and has a closet. As you head to the back of the park model there is an added on living room and third bedroom with a walk in closet. The shingles were just replaced June 2025 and has freshly painted interior walls. This park model has a total of three built on additions. It also has a car port over a concrete slab and a large shed. This is a seasonal residence only.

 **This park model is set up on seasonal site 20 in our Main campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. The price includes the park model, shed and car port. The seasonal site rent for this site is $3,900.00 plus electric. The seasonal site rent is paid until April 2026.
