General Overall Design
All metal construction, no wood to rot or mold.
Aircraft grade engineering with 99% of components manufactured from aluminum. Apart from the tongue, suspension, and bumper/hitch (which are steel) the Voyager trailer is manufactured entirely of aluminum and stainless steel. This gives you the benefit of higher strength, light weight, and fantastic corrosion resistance.

All joints are secured by ultra-high strength mechanical fasteners using special tooling capable of ensuring a proper connection 100% of the time.
