Four bunks. In their own room. With a door. Most bunkhouses stick two bunks in a hallway and hope for the best. The 284QBC gives the kids a private rear bunkhouse — four real bunks, plus a wardrobe with storage, behind a door that closes.
Front private bedroom with a queen, all the way at the other end. Two doors, two ends, and the entire trailer in between.
The middle is where the family actually lives. The large slide-out opens the living area up, with a U-shaped dinette and a jack-knife sofa — both convert, which is how you get from six sleepers to eight or ten. Cousins, grandkids, the kid's friend who somehow always ends up coming. There's room.
