The Cocoon frame is made of solid panel construction over an inch thick that creates an extremely strong, highly insulated, cabin that resists rot and rust while being very low maintenance. This cabin is built on a hot dip galvanized chassis with independent, torsion suspensions. All of the metal bolted on is powder coated aluminum. The roof rack can hold 450 POUNDS mobile and 1,500 POUNDS static!!!
