What I liked most: The salesman was helpful and I got a very fair Internet online price.
What I'd improve: I purchased a Komfort travel trailer at Russ Dean in early 2009. We drove from Colorado to Washington to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was assured that everything had been thoroughly checked, both at the factory and the dealership. We headed out of town and camped for the night about 75 miles away. The next morning, I noticed that water was leaking from under the trailer. The valves were all OK, so that was not the problem. We headed back to Pasco, losing a day of vacation. It turned out that a major connection in the fresh water system had not been properly installed. There was also a leak in the black water tank flush system. Russ Dean repaired the leaks and replaced the fiberglass insulation in the belly of the trailer, since this was soaked. I was never offered the slightest apology. The only explanation I received was that maybe the pipe separated because the trailer had been driven.
