What I liked most: They had the RV that we wanted.
What I'd improve: Sales department needs improved. We drove over an hour each way to see an RV at Salem--we made two trips. This RV was priced over $40,000. We asked for a price to have an external shower installed. The sales person (Kevin) never called me back with a price. I called him two days later and he still didn't have an answer. He told me again that he would call me back with a price and never did. I then called the Manager (Greg), I told him that we were interested in purchasing this camper. I asked him for a price for the camper with the external shower. I also asked for an itemized list of everything that was included with this camper. He faxed me the overall price and nothing else. He never even called me back to follow up and I never did get the itemized list. It's been two weeks and I have yet to get a call from either of them. We decided, if the sales staff wasn't very motivated to sell us a $40,000 camper, the service department wouldn't be any better. We bought the same camper from so
