What I liked most: SELECTION,SELECTION,SELECTION..wow. This place has it all. I think they have over 300 campers on their large lot. And every thing has a low sale price. MY family and I spent an entire year researching campers before making our decision. We visit almost every dealer in the state of PA and also a few in neighboring states as well. Only to make a drive to central PA to buy the RV of our dreams. At Lerch RV we found a friendly staff, the sales department works as a team, so there is no ego or attitudes we found at other RV dealerships we visited. Everyone is accessible, right up to the owner. A big plus is that you can browse the large lot and inventory at your leisure and time. You do not have a sales person directing you to a certain you that you do not want, you find the camper that you want to buy, not one they want to sell you. My wife loved this, no pressure, easy to talk to people, a very enjoyable way to shop and buy our RV. The day we were there shopping, I think they had people from Vermont and a couple of other states there. It was nice to see that other people were willing to make a drive, to 'save a lot' of money. If you are in the market for a new RV, be it new or used, please do not pass this wonderful dealership up. They will go out of their way to make you happy with your purchase. My family and i will be back for our next purchase. Oh another plus while I'm thinking of it, refundable deposits...
What I'd improve: I would honestly have to say that I would like to ask that Lerch RV to offer more for your trade. However I think the down side to this request would be the low sale prices would also have to rise. This dealership will offer you wholesale to wholesale pricing. They play no games with their numbers. Everything is in the open, as shocking as that is to an owner looking to trade in their beloved RV. We all think that our stuff is worth a lot more than what it is. So be prepared to hear a low number for your trade, but make sure you hear the bottom line before you get to upset. And by the way if you do not like what you here, our sales person let us make an offer, and we did get it..

What I liked most: The low prices...need I say more. The prices on their new fifth wheels is hands down the lowest around. I recently purchased a new 2012 Keystone fifth wheel from this dealership. I researched my purchase for over a year and visited several different dealers and websites. I narrowed my selections down and Lerch won my business. They have a dedicated sales staff. I also agree with 'Adam' from Philly, Lerch pulls no punches. It is a reality check when it comes to numbers, but the bottom line is the bottom line. Plus at a recent RV show, a big corporate dealership was so scared of Lerchs prices, they banned them from handing out a sales flyers with their low prices on them. If you can scare the big boys, you run a good business. The guys in the garage are very profession and knowledgeable as well. Oh the large parts store is something else too. You have to make a visit to their location in the middle of PA. It is a beautiful area, and a large business. I think they have over 300 RVs on their ground. Take it from a seasoned, veteran and avid RVer. If you are shopping for a new rig, do not pass this place up. Go to Lerchs RV.
What I'd improve: Not too much... the prices are so low already. I have not had any problems with the service people as of yet. So what would I improve at this point... ? I will get back to you on this.

What I liked most: The lowest prices around. They do however give you a lower trade value than anyone else. But if you look at the bottom line, you can understand why they do it. Their prices are so much lower than any other rv dealership, they do not hide that 'play' money in their prices. This dealership is the most honest that I have been to and I have owned several RVs in my lifetime. No punches pulled at Lerch RV. They show you everything up front, and to be quite honest, sometimes it is hard to swallow the reality of what you think your trade is worth. As far as the review about the person's trade being $4,000 lower than everywhere else, I bet the dealer that was showing them $4,000 more had the cost of the product $4,000 higher to pad that trade in money. It is all a numbers game. However Lerch RV is honest about all that. So I would highly recommend them to anyone. And of course I have. A dealership that sells over 600 units a year during this large economic down turn, is doing something r
What I'd improve: I agree with everyone else, the service department could use some customer service training.

What I liked most: They have a large selection
What I'd improve: If you want to trade your unit for a new RV from Lerch, don't bother. The will give you the lowest amount for your camper. You are better off checking with the other RV retailers in the area. They offered us $4,000 lower than anyone else. The lady that runs the service department is a crab too.
